The Aquis Date Relief takes Oris’s modern diver and gives it texture. Instead of a printed or ceramic scale, the minutes on the bezel are raised in steel, so they catch light from every angle and give the watch a tactile, almost sculptural depth.
That steel-on-steel bezel frames a sunray grey dial which shifts from silver to charcoal as you move, and a red lollipop seconds hand that is unique to this model. The red rubber strap picks up that accent and turns an otherwise monochrome diver into something with real personality. Underneath the styling, it is every bit an Aquis: 43.5mm multi-piece steel case, 300 meters of water resistance, screw-in security crown, double-domed sapphire, and the Oris Calibre 733-1 automatic with a 41-hour reserve, visible through a see-through caseback.
