You will always receive a watch valued higher than what you paid for in any of our monthly subscriptions.

In our Watch Gang Original subscription, you’ll generally find Japanese Miyota or Seiko movements, stainless steel and real leather bands. The watch styles vary greatly and may be classic, sport, or military to name a few. The brands are generally lesser known but still provide great timepieces.

Our Watch Gang Black subscription is generally a mix of Japanese or Swiss quartz movement. We also sprinkle automatic movements time and again on the Black Tier. The Black tier is a great way to build out your collection without breaking the bank. You'll notice a considerable increase in quality while also being fashion-forward.

Platinum tier watches always feel sophisticated. These watches primarily have Japanese and Swiss Automatic movements. We like to say that the difference between our Black & Platinum watches is like switching from a Mustang to a Cadillac. Even when they're sporty, they’re classy.

All watches come with the manufacturer's warranty. Watch Gang will assist with the replacement of any broken and/or defective watches within the first 30 days of receiving the watch based on the tracking number for that order.

Yes! Every watch you receive is yours to keep. You will soon have a great collection of unique watches to mix and match with your personal style.

The value determination of our watches is based on many factors including the retail price and lowest online selling price. Before we ever strike a deal with a partner, we look to see where the watches are selling and for how much. For instance, if a Citizen watch is being sold in a jewelry store for $300, but is stocked online for $180, we use $180 to determine the value.

In the case with some microbrands, we sometimes have to defer to the manufacturer's selling price as they aren't sold elsewhere. We also receive samples to ensure they meet our value and quality that our members expect.

We do not base our values from auction sites due to the nature of their operations. In the same vein, we do not honor pricing from sites such as eBay listings, Groupon, Overstock, out of stock, sold out or otherwise expired offers since their limited supply cannot dictate the market value nor sustain it. We do not honor those discounts since they are not honest evaluations of what an item is truly worth.

After that, we’ll send you a new watch every month. Our whole mission is to help our members build their watch collections with a wide variety of amazing watches.

If you’re not one for surprises our Wheel of Watches and Store might be more up your alley. You can purchase the watch of your choice at the Wheel and the Member Store.

Our watches vary from 40mm and above.

All of our watches are sent with the standard manufacturer sizing.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee watch size or band type in our mystery watch subscription. We do not carry multiple sizes of any band type and typically, we do not carry extra links for stainless steel bands.

Our leather bands are the same stock size that you would receive from any store and our metal bands come with a full bracelet (meaning enough extra links that the average person usually has to remove a couple).

Since the type of strap isn’t guaranteed, we find that many of our members change their straps to add their own personal touch to their watch. You can learn how to change a strap here.

With the Wheel of Watches, you'll actually be able to filter for watches in the size and strap that you want.

We will ship out your first watch within 3 business days of signing up.

For each renewal, you can expect to receive tracking information within 3 business days after your renewal has been processed. Once shipped, your package typically takes about 5 - 7 business days to reach you. However, for our international members, please note that customs procedures may introduce unforeseen delays, sometimes extending the delivery time for up to 3-4 weeks.

For international shipments, please allow up to 3-4 weeks from the date you received your tracking for your watch to be delivered. Customs can sometimes create unexpected delays.

You’ll be sent an email with tracking info once your watch ships and will be able to keeps tabs on it in the "Recent Shipments" section of your account.

Shipping is a flat $9.82 USD for all domestic Watch Gang monthly watch subscribers in the United States. This covers you in the case of a lost or damaged shipment.

International shipping costs are as follows:

- Canada - $35.82 USD
- UK - $35.82 USD
- AU & everywhere else is $49.82 USD

Watch Gang does not assess any customs or duty charges for international shipments. Members are responsible for any applicable customs, import duties, and taxes.
