All sales are final with no refunds, returns or exchanges. Renewals must be cancelled prior to your renewal date.
Watch Gang will assist with the replacement of any broken and/or defective watches within the first 30 days of receiving the watch based on the tracking number for that order.
For any issues that occur after 30 days, we encourage members to work directly with the manufacturer to utilize their warranty. All watches come with a manufacturer warranty.
Should you experience an issue with your watch within the first 30 days of receiving it, please SUBMIT a claim so our Member Support team can help make things right.

Are there any cancelation fees?
There are no cancellation fees associated with terminating your monthly subscription.
Cash refunds will not be issued for ending a prepaid monthly subscription early. We will only convert any remaining shipments into account credit in the form of Points that can be used on our Wheel of Watches.

Members can stop their automatic shipments by emailing us at contact@watchgang.com Monday - Thursday from 9:00 AM PST - 5:00 PM PST and on Fridays from 9:00 AM PST - 3:00 PM PST.
