If the Cotton Candy collection taught collectors anything, it is that bronze does not have to look nautical and serious. The Oris Divers Sixty-Five Date “White Star” is the wintry member of that family: a 38mm bronze dive watch with a clean white dial, built to age along with its owner.

Almost everything you touch is bronze: the multi-piece case, the unidirectional bezel with its raised minutes scale, the crown and the full articulated bracelet. That alloy starts out bright and slowly darkens into a personal patina, so no two examples will look the same after a few years of wear. The white dial and lumed markers keep the look crisp and retro, a nod to the 1965 Oris diver that started the Sixty-Five story. Underneath, a stainless steel screwed caseback keeps bronze away from the skin. The engine is the Oris 733-1 automatic with date, beating at 4 Hz with a 41-hour power reserve.

At 38mm with 19mm lugs, it suits smaller wrists and anyone who likes a vintage-sized diver, and the 100-meter rating means the patina can come from real swims.
