Return Policy

At Watch Gang, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact hello@watchgang.com within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible defective items will be returned and replaced, or otherwise resolved at Watch Gang's discretion.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• A return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, protective materials, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and included promotional items must be returned.

• The watch must show no signs of wear, sizing, modification, damage, or tampering.

• A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained from Watch Gang prior to sending any item back.

Returns received without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender. We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

• Any signs of wear.

• Missing parts of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Subscription shipments 

• Wheel of Watches Items 

• Level Up Drops and / or group buys

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Personalized, customized, or altered products

• Any item that has been worn, resized, modified, or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, included in the restocking fee below. Labels will be provided by Watch Gang.

Inspection & Processing

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt.

If a returned item does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy, Watch Gang reserves the right to deny the return or return the item to the customer at the customer's expense. Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days after notification may be deemed abandoned and disposed of in accordance with applicable law.

Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for inspection and processing.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, less a $15 administrative fee for the continental US. For orders outside the continental US, the restocking fee will be a flat $45.

For items valued over $2,500 USD, the restocking fee will be up to 8%.

The restocking fee may be waived at Watch Gang's discretion if the customer elects to receive store credit instead of a refund or other reasons determined at the discretion of Watch Gang.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Are there any cancelation fees?
There are no cancellation fees associated with terminating your monthly subscription.
