Lightness is the point of the Heritage. Mido designed the collection to be exceptionally slim, and this 33mm case measures just over 7mm in height, with extremely pure lines and a double gadroon around the bezel. Rose gold PVD bonds a warm, durable color to the steel, the grained white dial carries a date at 3 o'clock, and the double-sided hands play light against shadow. The design takes its inspiration from Milan's Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, whose rounded arches echo throughout the Baroncelli family.
A Swiss automatic beats inside, the Caliber 1192, based on the ETA 2892-A2, with about 42 hours of power reserve. The pink strap is a joyful touch that works especially well in spring and summer.
