Founded in 1988 in Geneva by Peter and Aletta Stas, Frederique Constant has rapidly grown to be a significant player in watchmaking, despite its relatively young age. Known for its affordable and elegant Swiss mechanical watches, the brand made its mark with the Heart Beat models in 1994. Over the years, they've developed over 30 in-house calibers and expanded into high-complication pieces and smartwatch technology. A part of the Citizen Watch Group since 2016, Frederique Constant continues to innovate, combining traditional elegance with modern utility, as seen in their pioneering Slimline Monolithic model.
