description
An elegant round-shaped case is carefully polished interplaying hints of shine with matte.A gently domed hardened mineral crystal lens unveils a retro inspired but eye-catching see-through dial which shows the unique mechanics of the Slava movement working to keep time. The exposed date wheel adds more to the technical feel and look of the see through dial while subtle line and the bolder hour indexes deliver legibility and style. The see-through red tinted caseback and the bold red strap backing are reminders of the core colours of this proud and historically significant brand. The numbers 1957 appears on the dial as an immediate reference to the year that the Soviets rocketed Sputnik beyond the Earth's atmosphere
