Every Mido Baroncelli Wild Stone is one of a kind, because the heart of its dial is a slice of natural stone. On the M035.207.36.461.00, that stone is malachite, with its signature swirling bands of deep and bright green.

The Wild Stone collection set out to do something different from the usual diamond-set ladies' watch. Instead of adding sparkle, Mido placed a single semi-precious stone at the center of a white grained dial, so no two watches look exactly alike. Here the green malachite is framed by a 33mm case in yellow gold PVD and gold-toned hands, a combination with real vintage glamour.

Inside is the Mido Caliber 80 automatic, based on the ETA C07.611, with up to 80 hours of reserve, visible through a see-through back. The case is 9.8mm thick, sapphire covers both sides, and water resistance is 50m. A black alligator-look leather strap with folding clasp keeps the focus on the stone, making it equally suited to evening wear and to adding color to a simple daytime outfit.
