The black-dial Maurice Lacroix AIKON Quartz Chronograph 42mm is the stealthiest version of the series. Black sun-brushed dial, rhodium counter rings and lots of brushed steel make for a sporty chronograph that goes with just about everything.
The AIKON's six-claw bezel first appeared on the brand's Calypso back in the 1990s, and it is still what makes an AIKON recognizable from across a room. On this chronograph, two pushers control a 1/10-second register at 12 and a 30-minute counter at 9, with the center hand sweeping the seconds. A Swiss quartz movement makes timing simple and precise, and you never have to wind or set it after a weekend off.
