In 2025, Marathon gave its revived Original Search and Rescue with Date a white dial, and the result is one of the brightest dive watches in the lineup. Reference WW194006SS-2501-KIT is the 41mm Arctic OSAR-D in brushed stainless steel with a stainless steel bracelet, combining Marathon's Type I dial layout with an Arctic white finish built for legibility.

Marathon has a habit of offering white-dial versions of its SAR watches, and for good reason: a white dial reads better in bright sun and snow-blind conditions. On the Arctic OSAR-D, the large geometric indices, hands and bezel pip are finished in MaraGlo photoluminescent lume, which charges in daylight and glows for hours. The date at 3 o'clock sits under a 1.5x cyclops for easy reading.

The OSAR-D's lineage goes back to the SAR-D issued to Canadian SAR Techs in the early 2000s, and the modern version is a capable Swiss automatic dive watch. Its 41mm case is 13.5mm thick and 48mm lug to lug, rated to 300 meters, and fitted with a screw-down crown with guards, a sapphire crystal and a 120-click unidirectional bezel. The Sellita SW200-1 automatic inside is protected by Incabloc.
